Enquiries and quotes
Submitting an enquiry, requesting a quote, or starting a conversation with us does not create a binding engagement. Work only begins once both sides have agreed a written scope and quote.

Our work
Each engagement is scoped and quoted individually. Deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and revisions are documented in the project scope that we agree before starting. That scope takes precedence over anything implied on this website.
§ 04
Intellectual property
Content, designs, and illustrations on this website are the property of The Green Point. Deliverables created for clients transfer as agreed in the individual project scope. Please do not copy or reproduce this site's material without written permission.
§ 05
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, The Green Point is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Responsibilities on client engagements are set out in each scope of work.
§ 06
Governing law
These terms and any engagements we enter into are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Changes to these terms
We may update this page occasionally. The current version applies from the date it is published. If you have started work with us, the terms in your signed scope remain the controlling document.
