The Green Point was born out of a simple frustration. Small service businesses — hair salons, barber shops, spas, consultants, personal trainers — spend hours every week juggling appointment requests through phone calls, scattered WhatsApp messages, and handwritten notebooks.
Meanwhile, the booking platforms that exist today typically require customers to download a separate app, create an account, or navigate an unfamiliar website. In South Africa — and across much of the world — that's an unnecessary barrier. Everyone already has WhatsApp. It's open on their phone right now.
So we built a booking system that lives exactly where your customers already are. No downloads. No signups. Just a message.

How It Works
Simple for you, simple for your customers.
We connect a booking chatbot to your WhatsApp Business number. When a customer messages you, the bot greets them, presents your services, and walks them through selecting a date, time, and staff member — mostly through tappable buttons with minimal typing.
You receive a WhatsApp notification with the full booking details and one-tap Approve or Deny buttons. Once confirmed, the appointment syncs directly to your Google Calendar. Customers receive an instant confirmation message and an automated reminder before their appointment.
